I come here frequently and often leave a tip when I have cash. Today, when I got to the window, I asked if I could add one more item to my order. I was told I would have to drive all the way back around and go through the drive-thru again, even though I had just placed my order at the speaker seconds earlier. I thought that was an odd policy and a disappointing experience. I drive 15 minutes out of my way and pass several other coffee shops because I enjoy coming here and have been a loyal customer. Having to go back through the entire drive-thru just to add one item felt unnecessary and inconvenient. I hope management will consider being a little more flexible in situations like this, especially for regular customers.

I don't get the hype. I went to scooter's coffee this morning. Got a large Strawberry Shortcake iced latte, and it was disgusting. It was so sweet. I could barely sip down what I had taken a sip of very disappointed. And it was more than Starbucks, was it worth it? Absolutely not, this is why I don't try other coffee establishments! will not be back. I shouldn't have gone in the first place and that was a waste of $7 for a large coffee. I could have gotten the same thing a venti Shaken espresso for 615. And I would have gotten 4 shots of espresso instead of supposedly the 3 that came in my drink. But I couldn't taste any coffee with all the sugar that was taking over.It was absolutely disgusting. I'll stick to my OG starbucks. Also the girl at the window. I saw her smile and be friendly to the car ahead of me. And then when I came up, she was snobby. Changed her whole attitude was kind of a brat. I did inform that I had never been to this establishment before, and she was kind of insulting. #wasteofmoney

i came through to get a strawberry banana smoothie. these 2 young ladies were so kind. the brunette and blonde baristas we so sweet to me and my friends. the smoothie was not just a 10/10, it was an 11/10. i will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I had our first experience with Scooters and it was worth the hype. I ordered a caramel latte and she ordered the smores latte. Both were excellent, not too sweet, and the price was reasonable. The employee at the drive thru was also very nice, didn't rush us to order as it was our first time here. We will definitely be back!

First time here. Very friendly staff! And they gave us flowers. They have great coffee as well! I will be visiting again alot!
